At REYA, we want you to love your jewellery. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You can request a return within 3 days of the delivery date.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and unworn

Be in its original packaging

Have all tags, cards and inserts included

Be returned with the original invoice/order confirmation
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
3. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalised pieces

Gift cards
-
Final sale / clearance items (if marked as such at purchase)
4. Return Process
To start a return:

Email us at jewellerybyreya@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will confirm if your item is eligible and share the return address and instructions.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, a full refund of the product value will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non‑refundable.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For regular returns (change of mind, size, style, etc.):

Customer pays for return shipping.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend a trackable service.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jewellerybyreya@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, and in such cases we may cover return shipping.
