Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to REYA. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • During sales or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all over India.

  • If your pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you to cancel and refund your order.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We work with trusted courier partners to deliver your jewellery safely.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery: [3–5 business days within India] after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • We may offer free shipping above a certain order value, as mentioned on our website or in promotions.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees for international orders (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and a link (where available).

  • You can use this link to track the status of your shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will usually make [1–3 delivery attempts].

  • If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated failed attempts, it may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend the order.

 

7. Address & Contact Details

  • Please ensure your shipping address, pin code and phone number are correct and complete at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non‑delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details provided by you.

 

8. Damaged, Opened or Missing Packages

  • If your package appears damaged, tampered with or opened at the time of delivery:

    • Please refuse to accept the package, if possible, and inform us immediately.

    • If you accept it, take clear photos/videos of the outer packaging, inner packaging and product, and contact us within [24–48 hours] of delivery.

  • We will review the case with our courier partner and guide you on the next steps.

 

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Courier or logistics issues

    • Strikes, lockdowns, natural disasters, or other force majeure events

    • Customs clearance (for international orders, if applicable)

  • We will do our best to support you and keep you updated in such cases.

10. Non‑Delivery & Lost Packages

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please:

    • Check with neighbours, security, reception, or family members.

    • Contact the courier using the tracking details.

    • Inform us within [24–72 hours] of the “delivered” status.

  • We will coordinate with the courier to investigate. Resolution may take some time and will depend on the courier’s findings.
